Park City Silver Kings Incentive Program

We’re launching an incentive system to **reward commitment, attendance, and performance** at games and practices. The goal is to encourage players to show up consistently and stay engaged throughout the season.

Game Attendance Raffle

To encourage consistent road game attendance, players will earn raffle entries for every away game they attend.

How It Works:

• Players receive 1 raffle entry per road game attended.
• There will be two drawings: - Mid-Season Raffle (After 2nd Away Weekend) - End-of-Season Raffle (After 4th Away Weekend)
• Winning tickets are removed, but non-winning tickets roll over.
• Players who attend all road games get 1 extra entry in the final drawing.

Prizes for Each Raffle:

• **Grand Prize:** $250
• **2nd Prize:** $100
• **3rd Prize:** $50

Player of the Game Raffle

After each game, one Player of the Game will be selected based on performance, effort, or leadership.

How It Works:

• Coaches (or Coaches & Captains) select one Player of the Game.
• The selected player receives one entry into the Player of the Game Raffle.

End-of-Season Player of the Game Raffle Prize:

• $250 Cash Prize

Monthly Practice Attendance Raffle

Regular practice attendance is crucial for player development. To encourage consistency, we will hold a monthly practice raffle.

How It Works:

• Players earn one raffle entry per practice attended.
• At the end of each month, we will hold a random drawing.
• Winning tickets are removed, but non-winning tickets roll over to the next month.

Prizes for Each Monthly Practice Attendance Raffle:

• $50 Cash Prize
